Admin Backup

You can export various types of data from your SimpleSpa account, usually via the CSV/Excel export icons located on most data tables. Some tables also include a Copy button, allowing you to easily paste the data into any spreadsheet tool.

📚 Logs

You can export logs such as:

  • SMS Logs

  • Transaction Logs (also accessible from the Reports section)

  • Appointments

These are exported per page. Use the export icons or copy buttons available on the table toolbar. Transactions & Appointments are limited to a start/end intervals of 90 days.

📊 Reports

All tabular reports include a CSV/Excel export icon at the top right of the table.

  • Exports are limited to the currently viewable page.

  • Use pagination controls to navigate and export additional pages if needed.

📌 Repeat the export process for each page if your data spans multiple pages.

👥 Clients

To export client data:

  1. Go to the Marketing page.

  2. Apply a filter (or select LIMIT ALL and click Filter).

  3. Once your filter is applied, use the Copy or CSV button to export.

For larger exports:

  • Change the row limit from Show 25 Rows to Show 5000 Rows.

  • Export each page separately to download all results.

🛍️ Products

  1. Visit the Products page.

  2. Click the CSV button to export the product list for the current page.

  3. To export more data, increase the row limit using Show More Rows.

💇 Services

  1. Go to the Services page.

  2. Open the Service Category dropdown.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and select the CSV button to export all services.

🎁 Gift Certificates

To export data related to Gift Certificates:

1. Navigate to the **Gift Certificates** page.

2. Select a certificate and switch to the **Gift Certificates Sold** tab.

3. Expand the row limit to show more entries if needed.

4. You will be able to export details such as:

- Date Sold

- Issued Code

- Initial Balance

- Current Balance

5. Use the CSV or Copy button to export the data for the currently visible page

📌 Notes & Sensitive Data

  • Client Notes & Forms must be exported per individual client profile.

  • Credit Cards are not stored on SimpleSpa and are managed securely by the payment processor.
