# I am a third party processor/reseller, can I work with SimpleSpa?

SimpleSpa only works with payment integrations it has certified; it does not partner with third-party processors or resellers.

Generally, no. SimpleSpa works only with payment integrations that it has certified.

## For third-party processors and resellers

### Card Not Present

SimpleSpa integrates exclusively with direct integrations that are certified by SimpleSpa. SimpleSpa does not partner with third-party processors or resellers for Card Not Present transactions.

### Card Present

SimpleSpa does not partner with third-party processors for Card Present transactions unless they are certified by SimpleSpa. We support boarding new merchants to the platform with supported certified integrations.

## What happens to existing merchants who move to a third-party integration for Card Present transactions?

If existing merchants switch to a third-party integration, they lose direct integration support with SimpleSpa and can only process payments separately from the platform.
