# Campaigns

See all your marketing campaigns, their status and results, and duplicate a past campaign in one click.

The **Campaigns** tab is the first thing you see when you open **Marketing**. It lists every campaign you've created and how it's doing.

## Headline numbers

The tiles at the top show:

* Campaigns this year, and how many are waiting for review.
* Texts and emails sent in the last 12 months.
* Your last campaign sent.

## Find a campaign

Use the filter chips to show **All**, **In review**, **Sent** or **Cancelled** campaigns. Each row includes a one-line summary of who the campaign was sent to, for example *Not visited in 90 days · women · 2 services · top 250*.

## Campaign status

| Status        | Meaning                       |
| ------------- | ----------------------------- |
| **Submitted** | Sent to SimpleSpa for review. |
| **Approved**  | Approved and being sent.      |
| **Sent**      | Delivered.                    |
| **Cancelled** | Will not be sent.             |

SimpleSpa reviews and quotes every campaign before it goes out. Review usually takes 24 to 48 hours during business days. SMS and email marketing are quoted separately from your plan and from SMS appointment reminders.

## Preview or duplicate a campaign

* **Preview** shows the email and text message as clients received them.
* **Duplicate** opens a new campaign with the audience, services, text, email and name (with "(copy)") already filled in. Change what you need and send it for review.
