# Assign Tax Rate to all Products

On the main products page, clicking on the ![](https://695085455-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fa9tSKQ7Cexg8YEba5Evb%2Fuploads%2FEjgI8HhdZhOJ0TzklG9y%2FPercentage.webp?alt=media\&token=64745f14-5abc-45d4-9548-47f077964e38) will bring up a prompt where a percentage can be entered which will be applied universally to the existing products, when new product is added there is an option to edit & adjust the tax rate per product
