# Client At-Risk

Find regular clients who are overdue for their next visit, ranked by how much they're worth, and win them back.

**Client At-Risk** lists regular clients who are late for their next visit compared with their own usual pattern. Reach out to them before they're gone for good.

## Open the report

Go to **Reports → Clients → Client At-Risk**.

## How clients are chosen

SimpleSpa works out each client's usual gap between visits (at least 14 days) and compares it with the time since their last visit.

| Group | Time since last visit |
| ----------- | --------------------------------- |
| **At risk** | 1.5 to 3 times their usual gap |
| **Lapsed** | More than 3 times their usual gap |

These clients are left out:

* Clients who already have an upcoming booking.
* Clients with fewer than 3 visits.
* Clients whose last visit was more than 2 years ago.

## Reading the list

Clients are sorted by **yearly value**: their total spend divided by the number of years they've been a client. The clients at the top are the ones most worth winning back.

Each row shows the client's phone and email. A grey badge marks clients who don't want to be contacted, and a muted icon shows when a client hasn't given permission for SMS or email marketing.

## Filter, export and print

* Filter by group (**At risk** or **Lapsed**) and by minimum number of visits.
* Click **Download CSV** to export the list.
* Use the report's own print button to print it.
