# Staff Reports

Sales, tips, clients served, rebooking and client lists for each staff member.

These reports are on the **Staff** tab of Reports and use the shared date range, tiles, chart, **Download CSV** and **Print**. See [Reports](/simplespa-documentation/reports-and-marketing/reports.md).

| Report                          | What it shows                                                                                                     |
| ------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Staff Sales**                 | Sales for each staff member, with tiles and a chart. Commission details are unchanged.                            |
| **Tips**                        | Tips for each staff member, including tips paid in cash.                                                          |
| **Clients Served by Staff**     | Appointments served, unique clients, new and returning clients, and average appointments per client.              |
| **Staff Rebooking / Retention** | Active clients, clients with one visit or several, and a retention rate that matches the Client Retention report. |
| **Staff Clients**               | A list of the clients each staff member served, with mobile, email, last visit, number of visits and total spent. |

Export **Staff Clients** to send a targeted message when a staff member has availability, a new service or is moving locations.
