API Terms of Use

These API Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SimpleSpa API (“API”). By requesting or using API access, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to the SimpleSpa Terms of Service.

1. Beta Program & Availability

The SimpleSpa API is currently offered as a limited beta feature and is available on a request-only and approval-based basis.

Access may be granted solely at SimpleSpa’s discretion for testing, evaluation, and approved integration purposes. API access is not guaranteed and may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Availability may be restricted based on account type, subscription plan, location, technical capacity, security considerations, or other factors determined by SimpleSpa.

2. Eligibility

API access is available only to approved Enterprise accounts and is not included in all subscription plans.

  • An active Enterprise subscription is required.

  • API access may incur an additional monthly fee per business location.

The following accounts are generally ineligible unless expressly authorized in writing by SimpleSpa:

  • Accounts on trial, promotional, or discounted plans

  • Accounts on legacy or non-standard pricing

  • Accounts with unpaid balances or prior policy violations
