# I am trying to login but it is redirecting to SimpleSpa.com

If you're experiencing issues with your session, it's possible you have an invalid session in your browser. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

* Visit [this link](https://my.simplespa.com/logout.php) to clear out your session
* You will be redirected to login again

These steps should resolve any session related issues you may be facing
