# Does SimpleSpa support parallel bookings?

SimpleSpa uses sequential online bookings by default; parallel bookings can be enabled by support.

Yes, but parallel bookings need to be enabled by our support team. By default, SimpleSpa uses sequential bookings.

## Sequential bookings (default)

With sequential bookings, the next available appointment time is scheduled after the current booking in the online booking process.

## Parallel bookings

Parallel bookings let clients book multiple services at the same time with different staff members. If your business needs this, please contact us and our support team will enable it for you.
