# I already pay for SMS notifications. Is SMS marketing included in my package?

SMS notification plans cover automated appointment notifications only; marketing SMS is charged separately per campaign.

No. Your SMS/Text notification plan covers automated appointment notifications with your SimpleSpa plan. Marketing SMS/Texts are charged separately per campaign.

## Why marketing messages are charged separately

We believe your campaigns need high deliverability, so we take extra measures to follow industry standards when sending bulk SMS and emails for marketing. This involves costs on our end from carriers, as well as load on our servers.

You can create as many campaigns as you want, and we will quote you very low rates so you can reach and engage with the customers you want.
