# Can I downgrade my plan?

***Please contact us at least 1 day before your billing cycle ends.*** We aim for SimpleSpa to always meet your business needs, whether you're expanding or downsizing. To adjust your account and billing information, simply reach out to our team prior to the end of your billing cycle.
