# Additional Settings
Optional form settings, including private forms, prompt once and copying a form.
This page describes the optional settings you can use with your forms.
## Private Form
Turn this on to hide the form from your clients. It only shows in the appointment window, so you can use it for internal forms that your staff complete.
## Prompt Once
Turn this on to show the form only if the client has never completed it.
## Cloning/Copying a Form
To create a form with a similar format, use the **Copy** button while editing a form. This creates a copy of the form with the same fields, so you can edit the new form without building it from scratch.
