Creating a Block

Block out slots in the appointment calendar by simply selecting two or more slots directly on the calendar (to select two or more slots click and drag from the start slot to the desired end slot), a popup will appear prompting to either block or create an appointment. Once a block has been set these slots will no longer be available for your online bookings. Within SimpleSpa using the appointment wizard to schedule a new appointment during the allocated times will show as being occupied with an option to overbook.

Note that Blocks can be setup to allocate up to an entire single calendar day, blocks do not span over a single day period. To create multiple day blocks you can consider cloning the block (see Cloning a Block)
